THE GEARS

Few of the worst hands on google search will terminate on this article in search of google gears. If you are the one, please stop reading: this is not the gears you are looking for. If you are a mechanical student and trying to find something for your project, knowledge or whatever, then its time to stop reading too. These gears are different: they are hypo-realitical (Hypothetical + Real)
Today we are discussing a system. The system has many gears. If you happen to know about gears from your high school mechanics. A
gear is a component within a transmission device that transmits rotational force to another gear or device. In a layman's words, its a round disk with teeth engraved around it, with help of which it rotates or makes the similar disks rotate.
Back to our system: Our system has three type of gears. The Inner Gear, the Upper Gear and the Idle Gear.
The above mentioned three gears are part of all the systems of this world. Let the system be mechanical, electrical, electronic, biological, mathematical or for that matter universal, these three gears are present: in one form or the other. In order to understand a system, you should know these Gears well. The sooner and better you understand them, the more you know about the system. In this second bolg, I will try to make you understand the basics of these Gears.
Inner Gear: It is the most important gear of the system. None the less it makes the whole system function. Most of the time the inner gear is invisible. When this gear is invisible, you may confuse it with idle gear. You may try to meddle with it in this confusion. But, without knowing about it completely, if you interfere with it, then you wont be part of the system anymore.
The upper gear is the quite visible gear of the system. It appears that this drives the whole system, but it is just appearance. Truly, the inner gear manages even this upper gear. The purpose of the upper gear is to exhibit the outer world that the system is working. Truth to be told, this is the most deceiving gear of all. Many people get confused and regard it as inner gear. They study it, master it and believe that they have understood the system. But they fail fatally. Because, they have understood the surface, not the depth. In short, upper gear is the superficial gear which shows off the functions of the system and in maximum number of cases is driven by inner gear.
The idle gear: Many people who have understood the inner gear and upper gear wonder why do the systems keep the idle gear. But, like friction, resistance, the idle gear is the inseparable component of the system. In few of the cases we try to remove the idle gears, and later realize that they are derivatives of the inner gear. In turn we eliminate ourselves from the system. Remember: idle gear can be made less idle, but it can not be eliminated from the system. You need to adjust with the idle gear. The day you consider the idle gear as the inseparable, you will start learning the inner gear.

In this world of gears, where do you see yourself? What do you think each gear in our lives mean? What makes the inner gear most powerful? How many of us are out of many systems because we meddled with the inner gear? How many of us are unhappy with the systems because of the idle gear? How does it feel when inner gear is invisible and the outer gear takes all the credits?. And the most important: Which gear do you want to be?
All this can be answered when you master these gears.
